Our service is completely free of charge. We're here to be the connecting link between individuals that were scammed, and the chargeback companies that might help them recover the money. The costs of the chargeback service is something each individual should check with the chargeback company he chooses to use.
How does the service work?
Our system is an automated one. Once you answer a few quick questions, our system matches you with a company best suited to help with your case. The rules for matching are predetermined, and maybe updated periodically based on further research.
How does the system know what company to recommend me?
The matching process takes into consideration several aspects at once, based on the answers you provided in the questioner. From your location and language, to case size and scam type, the system picks the company with the best track record with cases similar to yours.
How do you choose the companies you endorse?
We pick the chargeback firms we recommend based on two aspects, our personal experience and the feedback we get from former clients of the company. And although the "Scam Radar" of our team is very good, we give more weight to clients' testimonials. A company can have the greatest sales people and most professional looking website, but if they're not getting results for their clients, they're not worth recommending.
How does Chargeback Global make money?
This website is what is considered an "Affiliate Website". That means we direct potential clients to chargeback companies, and they in turn pay us, for every clients whose money they were able to recover.
Isn't there a conflict of interests?
We do our best to avoid any possible conflict of interest. This is why for example we have a "No Win - No Fee" agreement with the chargeback companies we recommend. That means we only get paid when a clients successfully recovers his money. So recommending the best companies we know, is our top interest.
How do I know you're not a scam?
You don't. And it is very important you always remember that. No matter what someone claims on their website, you should always check and double-check everything you possibly can. Our best recommendation is to always try reaching out to former clients of the company, and get an honest (as much as possible) story about their personal experience with the offered service. So even with websites we recommend, do your research! Try not to base your decision on testimonials written on the companies website. The short answer: An anonymous report. Our website features a Whistleblowing System that allows people to anonymously report companies they believe/know are a scam. Sometimes, we get whole email lists from former employees of some fraudulent companies. We use those lists to reach out to the former clients of those companies in the hope to find them a good chargeback company to help them recover their lost funds. If you got an email from us and it's completely irrelevant to you, please accept our apologies. Each email contains a "Unsubscribe" link that you can click, and you will be automatically deleted from our mailing list.
